Change Project Manager - Contact Centre

Salary £40,000 - £45,000pa + Benefits

Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Project Manager to join their customer management function, based in the Cheshire or Staffordshire area. The role will involve leading, planning and managing development projects / workstreams across contact centres, and delivering on-time, to budget and to agreed standards.

This is a varied role and will involve working as part of a highly committed and collaborative team, on a mix of Project management and delivery activities, including; Business Analysis, Planning and getting involved in continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Project Management and Delivery of Change within a Contact Centre environment
  • Business analysis and project planning skills
  • Business case development
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within the retail sector is highly desirable, but a strong track record in successful delivery within a contact centre environment is the key factor, along with the desire to deliver results.
