Due to growth, this is a rapidly expanding business requires an experienced Telesales Manager drive the business forward, grow and manage an existing high performing team! You will need to have previous experience within Sales Management and be able comfortable in developing your own client portfolio. Main responsibilities Main Duties

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • Training and motivating execs
  • Managing a team of roughly 6 execs
  • Ensuring the Telesales team hit monthly targets overall as well as individual targets
  • Implement and develop a strong telesales team through both training and 121's
  • Pushing KPI's throughout the department
  • Controlling call quality
  • Lead sourcing
  • Maximizing conversion rates
  • Producing sales performance reports
  • Qualification's Skills and Experience
  • Must have management/team leading experience within a sales environment (preferably within a B2B enviorment)
  • Must have experience training staff within a sales role
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide reports on targets and team analytics
  • Ability to encourage and motivate a team as well as individuals
  • Ability to be flexible in job role and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
