Senior Recruitment Consultant - West Midlands

My client is a well-recognised multi-sector recruitment consultancy looking to expand their construction team. You'll be playing a crucial part in the development of an already successful office. In return, you will be given the chance to develop and progress yourself.
With the vision of treating employees well and giving them what they deserve, my client offers a great commission structure with no threshold, and all employees are given a company car or car allowance to choose from.
If you are proactive, money driven and have a successful background of 360 recruitment in the engineering or technical construction sectors, this would be ideal for you.
Key duties and responsibilities include;
> Developing new business through cold calling and self-marketing,
> Liaising with potential candidates on a regular basis in order to allocate them to opportunities,
> Providing a consistently high level of customer service,
> Actively searching for strong candidates through a variety of methods,
> Managing a growing portfolio of clients, successfully assessing their needs.
> At least 3 years of recruitment experience
> A proven track record of strong billings
> A friendly, yet competitive nature
> Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
