My client based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent are currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to join their Purchasing team.

My client is looking to recruit somebody on a permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8:30-5.

Duties will include:

• To provide administrative support to the supply chain team
• To support the purchasing of items for testing and pre-production requirements
• Expedite delivery of ordered items
• Maintain trackers and logs
• Provide updates on orders and deliveries
• Support the gathering of requirements and creation of trade accounts
• Support establishing credit / trade applications
• Support administration of petty cash and stationary requirements
• Work with other functions to determine / fulfill buying requirements
• Assist with maintaining inventory / stock levels
• To provide administrative support to other functions as required
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required from management from time to time
