A fantastic opportunity is available for a Resourcing Advisor at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.


Job purpose:

To provide support in arranging interviews, creating interview guides, liaising with candidates and hiring managers. Please see attached role outline.

Experience Required:

Experience of or willingness to learn the Applicant Tracking System
Understanding and experience of an internal/external recruitment process
Knowledge of employment legislation
Knowledge of Policies that effect the Resourcing process
Strong planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail
A driven, proactive and forward thinking attitude, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good experience of working with stakeholders
Ability to suggests and implement process improvements within own sphere

Key Tasks
Advertising: Advertise vacancies on the internal job board in a timely manner
Interview and Assessment Documentation: Prepare interview and assessment documentation and schedule of psychometric tests to ensure this input isavailable in a timely manner for the selection process.
Candidate Contact: Contact candidates (internal and external) and keep them "warm" where appropriate to sustain their interest and present a good image of as an employer.
Scheduling: Schedule interviews and assessments in a timely manner to make optimum use of candidates and recruiters time
Spend: Receive invoices, pass for payment and track spend to ensure expenditure is properly tracked and is kept in line with budgets.
E- Recruitment System: Update the e-recruitment system in a timely and accurate manner to ensure up to date data is always available to those who need it.
Metrics and KPIs: Be clear on the Metrics relevant to the position and ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement.
