Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor

As part of a small and dynamic team for one of the largest full-range spare parts suppliers for commercial vehicles worldwide, you would be the frontline “face” of the business responsible for providing the overall sales support for the target markets.
A key part of this role is the ability to identify customer requirements, build quotations advising on all requirements and processing orders together with the important customer follow up routines.
Customer orientation is all important, establishing positive rapport and communicating effectively are key attributes that support the achievement of the business objectives.
There will be a requirement for face to face customer contact at times with participation at trade fairs and events along with a willingness to travel if required – national and international.

• Minimum two years experience in parts/sales-support, EPC experience would be an advantage
• Qualification in Sales or Marketing would be an advantage
• IT skills (MS Office, Knowledge in an ERP-System is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Persuasive and polite personality
• Good team-player
• Good interpersonal skills
