Salary: Circa £31'000

If you are an Experienced Business Analyst, with experience in delivery of Contact Centre Change & Transformation, on the look-out for an exciting opportunity to progress your career with a leading organisation, this could be the opportunity for you!

The purpose of the role will include;

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues in order to understand their needs, vision and general architecture (people, processes and systems)
- Requirement elicitation, clarification and definition through workshops and discussions
- Develop and maintain process architecture for allocated business function
- Work within project budgetary / time constraints

Key responsibilities;

• Listen and understand the business needs with good utilisation of questioning skills to validate requirements
• Clear presentation of findings, both verbally and written
• Up to date understanding of the people structures, processes and systems that support the operation
• Carry out business analysis on smaller projects and assist Senior BA resources on larger projects
• Define structured two way relationships with operational peers
• Excellent self management with clearly defined workload priorities and plans
• Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative

Remuneration/ benefits:

• Salary of £31,000
• 25 days annual leave plus public holidays

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Business Analyst Role or equivalent (essential)
• Experience within business transformation/ change management (essential)
• Contact centre/ call centre experience (Essential)
• Retail experience (Highly desirable)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (essential)
• Strong written and presentation skills (essential)
• Ability to manage own time and activities while working to an agreed project/action plan (essential)
• Clear grasp of analysis fundamentals (role, relationships, approaches, tools, techniques, scope, etc.). Essential
• Ideally degree educated or relevantly qualified
