A fantastic opportunity is available for a ARC Support Analyst in a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Job Purpose:

The ARC Support - Office will be report to the ARC Specialist and will be responsible for the day to day administration of the department and for ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to ensure that the ARC runs efficiently, maintains 24/7 356 coverage and is compliant with companies ARC polices and procedures.

Knowledge, Experience & Technical Know How:

Experience of departmental administration
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Some knowledge of Electricity and Gas Infrastructure
Experience of working in a controlled environment
Qualifications required

In addition to passing companies security and background checks the suitable candidate will also have passed the governments CTC (Counter Terrorism Check)

Job Dimensions:
No direct reports
Work in a closed environment
Work as part of a self-contained team
Developing and implementing efficient processes
Knowledge of Gas AGI's/Compressor sites and Electricity substations
Knowledge of individual sites and the surrounding location
Understanding at a design and technical level - how the integrated security solution has been installed on each site
Developing the relationship with MDE and MDG
Building relationships with the police and security forces within the UK.

Key Accountabilities:

Extract and analyse information from audit trails, records and systems to support the day to day operation of the ARC and any on-going development.
Support and prepare the production of reports or papers following incidents or training exercises to identify and highlight potential improvements.
Assist in the training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes, procedures and competency assessment.
Co-ordinate and prepare plans, update departmental wide processes and procedures, co-ordinate and plan for quality audits.
Conduct ad-hoc investigations regarding the status of CNI assets installed on site and produce reports to demonstrate conclusions drawn.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of appropriate legislation, policies and procedures, technical standards, technical developments and codes of practice, to ensure the provision of a safe and cost effective operation.
Liaise with third party and internal functions, requesting and issuing information relating to the maintenance and repair of CNI assets installed on site.
Work within and promote the philosophy of safe team working and development across all ARC and site related security activities to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.
Support the day to day operation of the CNI Site Access processes and procedures.
Calculate and analyse the daily fault log data to ensure the ARC fault log and supplier fault logs are aligned.
Produce weekly reports providing status of ARC operation to all ARC key stakeholders

It is a mandatory requirement to undergo a basic Scotland Disclosure check to be considered for work assignments.
