An opportunity has arisen within our Digital Team. We’re looking for a Digital Proposition Executive who will be responsible for delivering content and small change across all digital platforms (Wesleyan.co.uk, MyWesleyan and Intranet) and provide expertise and support on delivery of new digital propositions.
The jobholder will be responsible for the user experience in the BAU environment to ensure all changes meet customer needs and business objectives. The jobholder will also be responsible managing ongoing optimisation of our websites, to ensure they continue to offer the best experience for our customers.
About the Role
- Deliver content and small change across all digital platformsTranslate requirement documents into engaging content and experiencesWork with a number of stakeholders from across the business and successfully manage and deliver their requirementsOwn the user experience for BAU and small change projectsWork to tight deadlines whilst following the defined style and brand guidelinesEnsure Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is considered when creating contentManage changes via with the Content Management Systems (CMS) for the intranet and wesleyan.co.uk and the MyWes admin systemProvide support on new developments to group websites including complete end-to-end user acceptance testingEnsure website content is up-to-date and providing accurate informationEnsure promotional material is up-to-date and highlighting offers in the most effective mannerConduct competitor reviews to understand our market and competitor landscapeEnsure we capture under delivery on the SLA and seek resolutions with Digital AgencySupport the digital propositions and capabilities team on the delivery of key strategic projectsCreate, update and maintain project and business process documentation as requiredEnsure a robust testing process is in placeHave a good understanding of Google Analytics
To be considered for this role you must have experience of producing content and editing within a digital operation and have a good understanding of website/content optimisation, customer online behaviour and performance analytics.
We’re also looking for someone who can work independently and is highly customer focused with a flexible attitude and approach.
