A leading professional services business is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and hard-working individual for the role of Senior Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and be challenged within a reputable and highly successful business. This exceptional role is looking for someone who is available on a full-time, permanent basis and is paying up to £25k, with additional benefit packages.

This role will include providing full secretarial support to the team. First and foremost, this will include all typing duties; dictation, copy typing, amending documentation, data entry and minute taking. Alongside this, you will manage all organisational duties; diary management, travel arrangements, booking meetings and refreshments, sorting all incoming and outgoing correspondence, collating packs, ordering stationary and filing, photocopying and archiving.

As the ideal candidate, you must be a strong team-player, hard-working and ready to hit the ground running with full responsibility from day one! Key skills include strong use of all Microsoft Office functions, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as using mail merge. You must demonstrate a real can-do attitude, alongside professionalism and flexibility which allows you to prioritise and organise an ever-changing workload in a high pressure environment.

The office is located just South of Birmingham City Centre.
