This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organisation in a key role in a newly formed team, leading the quality delivery of Apprenticeship programmes.
This role would suit someone with a Further Education background, or a background working within a SFA funded training provider. You will be working closely with various teams including HR Services and the wider Apprenticeship team to initiate and maintain the administration for the company's apprentices and perform compliance activities required by government bodies.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Creating team roles, processes and documentation
*Participate in the recruitment selection and on-boarding of the apprenticeship coordinators
*People and operational management of apprenticeship coordinators
*Ensure data integrity and compliance
*Maintain expert knowledge on the use of data, systems and processes
*Identify and address training needs, efficiency improvements and risk management
*Produce reports and analyse data
A high attention to detail is required; experience of high volume data management and funding rules/audit requirements of the SFA and Ofsted are significant attributes for this role.
