Our Business Systems Team has a vacancy for a Programme Manager. This role supports our Head of Delivery to provide Programme Management across the full breadth of our Systems and Digital projects. The team has over 25 employees from Projects Managers and Business Analysts to Systems Architects and Engineers.

As Programme Manager you will directly manage a team and conduct appraisals, reviews as well as assist the personal development of your team. You will manage your own projects as well as be accountable for a programme of works. The role is key in that it will be responsible for managing resource, team capacity and project prioritisation as well as the impact of all this on the department, organisation and customers.

The postholder must be able to manage conflicting deadlines and be able to communicate with all levels of stakeholder, giving confidence in projects and systems.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

·Line Management of a team

·Project and programme management experience

·Business Analysis in a previous post

·Building Stakeholder relationships at all levels

·Ability to communicate a clear vision of objectives to an immediate team and project teams

·Experience of working in an IT or Technical environment
