Quality and Compliance Assistant
My client is looking for an experienced quality and compliance assistant to join their team during a period of exciting growth.
The purpose of the role is to monitor calls made by the collections team and score them, ensuring that set quality and compliance targets are met at all times and providing feed back to Team Managers where improvements could be made.
You will respond to queries on compliance issues on anti-money laundering legislation and other regulatory requirements as well as draft responses to complaints and log all relevant information. In addition to this, you will document and maintain all processes and procedures within the compliance function.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with at least 1 years experience of call monitoring preferaby within a debt collection environment or at the very least within financial services and you must possess a good knowledge of FCA regulations and anti money laundering legistation.
