This Graduate Science Teaching Assistant role involves you working across all year groups within the Science Department. Through the mentorship of a talented Senior Teacher you will be fully prepared for your PGCE and you will become a part of a department led by a HoD. As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant you will be leading individual sessions and groups aimed at improving attainment and pupil progress. Day-to-day, you will be helping with teaching and learning within the class in a flexible, 'floating' role, providing assistance on an ad-hoc basis.
