Senior HR Business Partner - 12m FTC
A permanent Senior HR Business Partner role based in Birmingham paying a salary of £55,000 to £67,000.

Your new role
The HR Business Partner will strategically partner the senior management teams to develop and lead the implementation of the people strategy. The HRBP will work in partnership with the business to support the achievement of objectives and challenge methodologies in order to maximise performance. The role will focus on leading change management programmes, managing employee relations & risk, and driving talent management strategies. Regular travel across the organisation will be required (travel expenses payable). The role will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established HR Business Partner from within the commercial sector. You will be able to demonstrate expertise in partnering senior leadership teams and managing business transformation programmes. You will be CIPD qualified and be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
