As a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor, you will provide a high level of technical support to our client’s customers and partners.

In this key role, you will join the 24/7 team which receives, manages and assists with issue resolution, utilising a ticketing system to manage resolutions in-line with SLAs.

Specifically, you will:

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Capture and record key information
- Assess and prioritise incidents
- Manage helpdesk tickets and provide customers with progress updates
- Escalate problems when necessary

Interested? If so, you must have some level of IT support experience, gained through your studies, a commercial environment or similar.

Friendly and helpful, as the Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor, you will also need amazing communication skills and a professional telephone manner. A calm, confident demeanour is key, as is a team player mentality and great conflict resolution skills.
