REED Human Resources is recruiting a HR Advisor on behalf of an established organisation. They require the suitable candidate to join them on a 12 month contract initially.

As a HR Advisor within this organisation you will be providing efficient, high quality HR Administrative support and advice to managers and employees on first line HR policy and process queries.

Key skills / attributes;

- Provide HR Support to business areas in line with approves strategy
- Build effective relationships with managers and give sound advice where necessary
- Manage employee relations issues e.g. advice to managers on disciplinaries and performance related matters.
- Advise on 360 recruitment process and management change issues to include redundancies
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team
- Liaise and work closely with the payroll department
- Maintain and update the global HR system and adhere to all SLA's
- Up to date Employment Law knowledge

- The successful candidate will have worked previously in a busy environment and be able to multi-task
- Have a 'can do' atitude
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
