Excellent Opportunity for Community Contracts Manager.


3 Month Temp Contract


My client based in the Dudley area are looking to recruit Community Contracts Manager on a 3 month temporary contract.

Main Responsibilities:

1.To support partner organisations to effectively deliver against their service level agreements, including:
a.Regular site visits to audit the information they have collected to evidence their performance against expected outcomes
b.Producing reports for partners that identify areas of weakness in the evidence collected and an action plan for improvement
c.Providing advice on programme guidelines by phone, email and face to face
d.Where necessary, providing ad-hoc training sessions for partners on aspects of the programme
e.To ensure information stored on the Management Information System, used by all partners, is up to date and accurate.

2.To build and maintain relationships with delivery partners, external agencies and other funding strands and ensure that information is effectively shared

3.To work as part of a close team in ensuring the smooth delivery of the programme across the whole partnership.

4.To assist in the delivery of events, promotional activities, workshops and training where appropriate and relevant.

5.To coordinate the monitoring of the Management Information System (MIS) in line with the delivery manual.

6.To co-ordinate, input and produce performance reports for the Partnership Manager, the Senior Management Team and the Board, providing context as well as statistical data.

7.To coordinate and communicate information from partners, the public and any other key stakeholders internally and externally as appropriate.

8.To be responsible for the administration and development of internal audit & monitoring processes.

9.To undertake as requested any other activities deemed to be reasonably commensurate with the role.

Experience of working on multi-agency partnerships / programmes

Experience of grant management / reporting

Excellent communication, presentation and
interpersonal skills

Proficient /advanced use of a range of IT software packages including Microsoft

Ability to analyse and interpret complex information

Able to plan and manage workload effectively to achieve desired outcomes

Leadership and decision making qualities

Track record of successful programme / project delivery with clearly met outcomes and results

Full, clean, UK Driving Licence and regular access to a vehicle.

Hours of Work - Flexi working between the hours of 8.00am till 6.00pm working 37.5 hours.
