Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Based in Rugby

The International customer service team, based in Rugby, play an integral role in processing and servicing all International customer orders. This team is looking for two Supply Chain Co-ordinators to manage the end to end sales order process for the International customer within the pre-agreed deadlines and to progress and escalate any issues likely to impact Customer Service. You will act as the key contact for all customers / supply chain team / International Business Managers on all product availability service issues

Key duties and responsibilities…..

  • Liaise with planning, logistics & warehousing, stock availability teams, technical & credit control to ensure OTIF targets are met.
  • Issue resolution, route cause analysis and reporting of service issues to IBMs and customers.
  • Liaise with International Demand Planner to ensure stock availability for order dispatch.
  • Effective communication of key issues to commercial team & PF supply chain personnel, for resolution relating to new listings/delisting, availability + supply chain issues arising.
  • Ensure actions required by the ATP/STPP report process are completed on time.
  • Key customer contact on order status updates, stock queries & issues for all customers
  • Process all customer orders, acknowledge receipt with customer and process ready for dispatch
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims/credits
  • Represent the supply chain on customer service projects
  • Prepare export documentation for customer orders to ensure customs clearance and compliance in market.
  • Ensure correct documentation is present for all orders

Experience and qualifications needed……

  • Strong numeracy skills with the ability to understand trends and patterns within numbers
  • Well-developed computer system skills (MS office & Excel) + any order processing systems
  • Must have strong attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Effective workload management, planning and organising work in a logical manner
  • Good team player and able to build and maintaining relationships
  • Must be customer focussed and strive to give an excellent service
  • Must demonstrate an enthusiastic, proactive and passionate manner
