A fantastic business based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for a professional receptionist to hold overall responsibility for all front-of-house duties. The main goal will be to provide a high level of service for all clients. As a leading, progressive firm with fantastic offices, this could be a valuable opportunity for a dynamic receptionist seeking their next challenge!

As a demanding and varied role, you will need to be able to work within a fast-paced, corporate environment.

The position will primarily involve:

Manning the telephone line and taking accurate messages
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally and positively
Ensuring all client liaison is prepared for including provision of materials and refreshments for meetings
Booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
Arranging video and conference calls
Organisation of post
Liaison with internal and external clients
Ad hoc tasks as and when required

The successful individual will possess the following skills and attributes:


A hugely personable demeanour with a hands-on approach
Dedication to a front-facing service
Ability to use own initiative
Ideally, extensive experience within an administrative/reception role
Good working knowledge of MS Office
