A skilled Sous Chef is required for a beautiful country pub in Henley-in-Arden. The role would involve assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, working on their own at times. The Head Chef is keen to have his Sous Chef involved in creating a new menu using fresh local produce.

You will be working for passionate owners that currently own 2 sites, with the ambition to progress and gain more in the future. They are looking for someone who will train to be their next Head Chef and lead one of their kitchens.

Previous experience in a Sous Chef role is ideal, however an experienced Chef de Partie willing and ready to make the next step in their career will be considered. You will be working 5 days out of 7 weekly.

For the role it is essential you have your own transport and a valid food hygiene certificate.
