What you’ll need to do
As a Player Relations Advisor, you will support key business areas across the business to achieve their set goals. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders across the company, especially our Gaming Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.
Get Stuck In whilst making a high volume of outbound calls to high value and VIP players daily whilst forming fun, long lasting relationships and building a strong community presence amongst our players.
Be the Player and excel in being the first point of contact to our high value members for queries and advice whilst objection handling to the upmost of your ability.
Give A Damn to drive retention and enhance the customer experience through outbound campaigns which includes lapsing players, winners, giving bespoke games advice, promoting new games and gaining feedback on various products across the business.
Be One Team as you’ll be working with multiple departments to gather feedback from our members, whilst sharing best practise on our social responsibility to the player, Responsible gaming is of the upmost importance; you will support our VIP players through their thrilling journey of what we must offer.
Be Wonderfully Weird whilst you’re talking to our members, we’re always ringing them with good news, whether it’s a winner’s call or to give away exclusive VIP Gifts, you will have the opportunity to support the majority of our Player data base whatever the call reason.
Place Smart Bets by analysing member activity data and reports to identify key discussion points prior to AML or RG interactions with the member.
Always Learning within the team by sharing your knowledge, experience and passion amongst your colleagues and key stakeholders of the business.
Keep Rolling with the times, Gamesys are always developing new products and offerings which we are key to supporting, with Sports Bet being around the corner, any previous sports betting knowledge is an advantage.
Your experience and skills
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels with Stakeholders and players
Motivated to succeed, enthusiastic, confident, dedicated, proactive and driven
The ability to think like a player and empathize with a range of emotions
Clear articulation of the player benefits for promoting marketing campaigns
A self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to work individually and as part of a team
Knowledge or experience of online gambling industry, including slots, bingo, casino and sports
Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
Logical thinker with creative problem-solving ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of interpreting data

Starting salary £20083 plus OTE - 35% uplift on hourly rate for unsociable hours
