CNC Field Service Engineer

CNC Field Service Engineers who are electrical bias are required to work on a permanent basis for our well established engineering company.

This is a great opportunity to join a nationwide company who have a strong focus on people development.

The purpose of the role is to install, service and repair a range of CNC machinery on customer's sites throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate

  • A multi skilled engineer with a qualification in electrical engineering
  • Have experience installing, servicing and repairing CNC machinery such as CNC machining centres, CNC milling machines, CNC routers etc
  • Experience working with CAD/CAM software
  • Have the ability to read electrical schematic and pneumatic drawings

To apply you can live anywhere in the UK as this is a field Service position with extensive travel, overnight stays will be required up to 4 nights a week.

It is required to work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with overtime, weekend work and shift patterns as and when required.

The salary for this position is negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications being a suitable position for young graduates or senior professionals.

As part of the package you will have a company vehicle, Laptop, Mobile phone, fuel card and a company credit card.
