My client are seeking a Deputy Housekeeper to join their busy Housekeeping team at their hotel in Telford. Offering exceptional professional customer service at all times, overseeing the day to day housekeeping operation and cleaning of the bedrooms, and checking that they are to the highest standard to ensure guest satisfaction.
Flexibility is essential as the role requires you to work week days, weekends and bank holidays. Working five 8 hour shifts between 7am and 5pm on a weekly rota, you will be assisting with the daily operation of the department. You will lead and train the team, covering bedrooms, public areas and the linen room. You will be required to work at the other hotel properties in Telford on occasion.
The role will appeal to someone looking to work in a friendly, fast paced environment. You must have previous management and supervisory experience in a similar role, exceptional customer service skills, and have high cleaning standards with excellent attention to detail. You must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team. You will have excellent computer skills.
