Your new role
Your new role will see you working in one of the largest and growing Cost Management teams in the organisation. This client is a fully independent company carrying out full pre and post contract duties on a wide variety of large exciting projects.
Their order book is full for the next 4 years and you can expect to work on some high profile cutting edge projects.
As you will be client facing you will need to be extremely personable and presentable and easily build strong rapport with clients. They are looking for some one who is capable of managing and delivering project from £10m - £80m in value.
Your day to day will see you liaising with all external and internal stakeholders to enable the projects to progress without delay, to assist in the preparation of activity schedules, bills of quantities in accordance with methods of measurement , presentation of tender and contract documentation, attending interviews, carrying out full tender analysis and comparisons through to preparing the recommendation report.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a RICS credited degree in quantity surveying and be either a Chartered or working towards a Chartered status. You will have experience working within a consultancy and you will also have a full clean drivers licence. Experience in Higher Education or Commercial sectors are highly desirable although experience form any sector will be considered..
What you'll get in return
