Salary£20,000 to £25,000
Hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
My Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee their customer service and customer care representatives within their busy Wednesbury depot.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
*Implement and co-ordinate new starter inductions
*Identify and offer coaching/support for additional or ongoing training requirements
*Responsible for the One-to-One monthly reviews of the team, including call monitoring
*Manage, train and motivate the team
*Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met
*Perform staff reviews
*Performing site visits and offsite meeting attendance if required
*Previous Team Leader/Management experience is essential within a Business to Business Role
*Preferable that candidates have worked within a distribution background
*Strong written, verbal and organisational skills
*Motivational and proactive approach to team management
*Educated to A Level or equivalent, with minimum of GCSE A* - C in mathematics and english
