Performance Through People are recruiting for a Business Development Telesales Advisor based at our Walsall training centre. We are looking for an experienced telesales advisor who will be keen to actively seek new business on a daily basis utilising a variety of sales techniques. We are looking for someone who has proven track record in setting appointments and working towards set goals and targets.

Please find an overview of the role profile as follows: -

· To support the Business Development Team Leader to maximise and develop PTP products and services

· To market and promote PTP to organisations to ensure that contracts/budgets are met

· To ensure that customer satisfaction is met/exceeded across the sectors

· Proactively raise company profile, generating leads to build new business and increase sales with existing and new employers

Our hours of work are 36.5 and we offer a competitive salary. We offer 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays in year 1, increasing each year to 30 days plus Bank Holidays after completion of 5 years’ service. We have an early finish on Friday.

Essential role requirements:

· GCSE A-C Maths and English

· Good IT Skills

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Experience of working in a sales environment

· Car User

· Have the right to live and work in the UK

Desirable role requirements:

· Knowledge of training and staff development

· IAG Level 2 or 3

Additional Information:

Applicants will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
