We have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Agent to work for a prestigious company based in Birmingham.


  • Full-time
  • £8.00 - £9.00 per hour
  • Temporary role

Duties to include;

  • Outbound calls / cold calling
  • B2B Sales
  • Appointment making
  • Market research
  • Collating data
  • Updating in-house CRM
  • Generating new business while maximising revenue from existing clients
  • Working towards targets

Experience/Skills required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 6 months B2B Appointment making and lead generating experience
  • Previous experience making high volume outbound calls
  • Experience/exposure to a sales environment
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate
