Our Distribution Insight Team are responsible for producing accurate, relevant and useful management information to key stakeholders across the business, which is then used to support key decisions, as well as measure both operational performance and customer experience across the entire Distribution Network, which includes our Branch Network, Direct Mortgages and Intermediary channels.

As an MI analyst, your role will involve engaging with senior stakeholders to develop innovative reports that will fulfil the stakeholder’s necessary requirements and objectives. You will also be responsible for the accurate and timely production of regular performance reports and using your analytical skills to transform data outputs in to meaningful and relatable insight.


Additionally, the role provides opportunities to be involved in project work across the business, as well as validating the integrity of internal and external information sources.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Well-developed analytical skills

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel

  • Experience in an Analyst-style role

  • Experience utilising business intelligence software, such as Cognos or Business Objects


Desirable Skills and Experience:


  • Proficient oral and written communication skills

  • Networking skills

  • An understanding of the financial industry

  • Experience with Worksmart, Java or Oracle SQL
