SF Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader role for our client based in Warwick.

The purpose of the role is to engage in all work activities within your scope to support Customer's expectations as well as colleagues. To provide excellent service to internal and external customers at all times, whilst processing daily tasks to 100% accuracy in a timely and efficient manner. The role will also require day to day leadership of the Customer Support Department. Overseeing the input of customer orders and resolution of customer service issues.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day to day process's within the Customer Support Department (including order processing, enquiries and discrepancies)
  • Preparation of the Monthly KPI's for the department. Preparation of daily/weekly customer reports
  • Day to day management of the Customer Support department, to include 121's
  • Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Management of freight invoicing
  • Assist Finance in debt collection
  • Management of order book, as necessary. To include manual allocation of back orders
  • Ensure that the department provides at all times the highest level of customer service, meeting the customers expectations or requirements whenever possible
  • Implementation of efficiency projects within the Customer Support area and support the rest of the business with larger cross-departmental projects
  • Management of customer master data
  • Develop relationships with key customers - identify inefficiencies, hold list management, managing customer expectations and meeting their requirements

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Previous Customer Service Team Leader experience
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently under pressure
