To efficiently and effectively recover monies due on consumer accounts by establishing best outcome for customer and the company. This will involve written and verbal communication with customers and authorised third parties on all aspects relating to collections and recoveries activity on their unsecured loans.
  • Deal empathetically with customers whilst questioning to identify their financial hardship
  • Examine accounts in arrears and determine appropriate action.
  • Identify potentially vulnerable / sensitive customers
  • Communicate with customers in arrears by telephone in order to agree payment arrangements
  • Adhere to all FCA rules, guidelines and principles
Previous experience ideally, alternatively customer service gained within a regulated telephone based environment.
Hours are based over 37.5 hours and may require one late night and occasional Saturdays.
