About the Company: Our client is a well-established company based in Derby city centre, and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

Candidates should be available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties

  • Order Processing
  • Dealing with queries from clients and customers over the phone, email and in person
  • Supporting field Sales team
  • Dealing with 3rd party logistics firm
  • Stock Ordering
  • Liaising with head office invoicing
  • Using SAP system
  • Preparing for meetings/events
  • Providing pricing options
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Send Statements
  • Process payments on card machine

About you:

* Previous experience in the same or similar role
* Experience with SAP is desirable
* Good organisational skills
* Strong communicational skills
* Good use of initiative
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
