You will be expected to implement and administer all training, assessment and quality assurance procedures. You will support, train and guide learners and develop their skills and abilities with regards to the course programme.

The company are passionate about developing their staff and this role is pivotal in achieving this. The successful candidate will deliver training sessions that up-skill staff and ensure they are able to work efficiently and to the best of their ability. It is an exciting and varied role and the successful candidate will have significant input into the training plan and staff development at this exciting time.

To be considered you must have a recognised training qualification and ideally have experience of designing and delivering innovative and effective learning and development solutions. You must have exceptional communication and project management skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.

You will be able to present learning programmes in accordance with the job at hand and managing challenging behaviour of learners.

Assessor qualified - TAQA or A1 units or equivalent
* L3 qualification in relevant subject
* Teaching qualification i.e. PGCE, Cert Ed, PTTLS or equivalent is ideal
