Dudley (maternity contract)
My client is a successful expanding professional service business based within the Dudley area. They are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to cover a maternity contract where you will be working as part of their friendly and vibrant team. Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, you will be an integral part of this established team. Duties to include:
- Systematic, methodical debt chasing by telephone - looking to excel within the team and make a really positive contribution
- Solving problems to unlock customer payment
- Building and managing customer relationships
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls
You will need a strong personality and have the ability to make decisions and stand by them when required, coupled with the ability to see 'the bigger picture’ to ensure each account is reviewed on an individual basis.
