Your new role
You will be the dedicated point of contact for clients, drivers and suppliers, delivering excellent customer service levels in a fast paced environment.
You will resolve challenges for clients and drivers within agreed service level agreements.
You will provide accurate reporting.
You will ensure that statutory obligations are met in relation to record keeping.
You will support the escalation of any complaints for a timely resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
You have a strong focus on delivering great service.
You have excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
You have fast and accurate data entry skills.
You can analyse and interpret data.
You can work independently to tight deadlines.
You have high attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
Salary £17000 - £19000 dependant on experience
Up to £1000 Annual Bonus (paid 6 monthly)
22 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
Hours of Work Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Life Cover, Pension and Health Care on completion of probation
