Commercial Administrator; Kings Norton; £11.43/hr PAYE; Contract
We are seeking to recruit a Temporary Administrator for our client in Kings Norton to work in their Commercial Department.
This position is being advertised to provide cover on a short term basis.
Key responsibilities will include the following;
Invoicing against sales orders
Order entry onto the company's ERP system
Customer telephone liaison
Liaising with production teams and other internal customers as required
Order book management
Overdue debt involvement to ensure cash is received on-time to payment terms
Involvement and interaction within a programme management IPT (integrated programmes team)
Experience / Skills for this role;
Customer relations experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Use of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Ability to prioritise and organise your own work load
Strong communication and team working skills
The ability to self-manage work load
A formal qualification in an administrative discipline is also desirable but not essential as we are willing to train and develop the right person.
