Telesales executive (Telecoms) - Coventry - £19k + Benefits
I am currently recruiting for my client based in Coventry who require a telesales executive and appointment setter. This company are a very well respected telecoms company who offer full training so you are comfortable selling their products.
They also offer great career progression and run weekly incentives for their staff which keeps them motivated, this would suit a recent Uni graduate who is looking to learn and progress within the telecoms industry.
- Cold calling into new business
- Warm calling existing customers to upsell products
- Book appointments for Field sales execs
- Provide quotations via phone and email
- Record all information on to CRM system
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly
You will also have an individual target as well as a team target, these targets are realistic and very achievable. This allows you to earn some great commission and you should be taking home a further £10k-£15k per year.
