Pension Administrator: Our client is seeking a Pension Administrator to fulfil a six month fixed term contract with the potential to extend. The successful Pension Administrator should have experience processing defined benefit pension schemes/final salary processing.

You must have the ability to follow processes/procedures and be able to plan and prioritise your own tasks with working knowledge and experience of Pension Administration and Pension Legislation and Regulation.

  • DB pensions
  • Calculate and pay out member benefits of the scheme
  • Process member events
  • Year-end processes
  • Produce benefit statements
  • Prompt investment of scheme contributions if applicable
  • Answer queries from Members/Advisors/Trustees
  • Work within quality standards/agreed service levels
  • Maintain scheme databases
  • Follow processes and procedures


  • At least 12 months experience - essential
  • PMI qualification - desirable
  • Strong skills in Word and Excel
  • Familiar with BizFlow, SharePoint and Practice Engine


  • £18,000 - £22,000 depending upon experience
  • Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • 20 days holiday + eight Public Holidays
  • Auto-enrol pension with contribution 1% after qualifying period
  • Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with possibility to extend
