A fantastic opportunity is available for a financial Control & Process Efficiency Admin Assistant at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Job Purpose:

Act as admin support and assistant to the global team, including - managing diaries, booking travel, coordinating meetings, providing administrative support such as paperwork, filing and report handling.

Experience Required:

Secretarial, administrative and PA-type experience
Proficient use of office systems including SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Sharepoint
Experience of liaising with senior members of staff, internally and externally
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
