I am working on behalf of a very valued client of mine based just outside Birmingham City centre.

They are looking for an experienced HR administrator to come in and join their team on a temp to perm basis.

My client is a fast paced, professional services business who have a dynamic and demanding customer base, so you need to be able to hit the ground running in this role!

This position will give you variety and some great exposure within a very busy HR function.

You will support the HR Advisors and Business Partners enabling them to continue to support and drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the on boarding process for new starters

Collating right to work and payroll information

Assisting and supporting with recruitment administration

Completing administration relating to acquisitions and mergers

Acting as a professional point of contact for all employers within the specific business unit and assisting with general HR queries

Key skills include:

Accuracy and attention to detail

Advanced level of Word and Excel

First class communication and prioritisation skills

Strong numerical and grammatical abilities

Competent keyboard and data entry skills
