Customer IT Support Analyst - Graduate / Entry Level Solihull £14,000 - £16,000 + 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare, pension, flexible benefits, discounted gym membership

The Customer IT Support Analyst Role:

As a member of the Response Team on the Service Desk, you will play a key role in the delivery of exceptional customer service to the business and the customer.

This position requires strong communication skills, along with good rationalisation and problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest / understanding of technology. In addition, strong inter personal skills are required to guide customers through situations, providing the highest levels of support and customer satisfaction. This may often be under challenging conditions.

Your Profile:

You will have the following capabilities/background:

+ 6 to 12 months’ experience of providing customers service / support
+ Services in a managed services or IT environment - no formal MSP
+ Experience required but must have customer facing experience The
+ Ability to work in both our (Sussex/Solihull) Desk locations - This
+ Role will be based in Solihull only

You may have worked in the following capacities: Junior IT Technician, Graduate IT Engineer, Trainee IT Engineer, Junior Support Desk Engineer
