Farming Account Handler
Our client is a respected and growing insurance broker in the Ludlow area. We are looking to recruit a talented Insurance professional to join their Account Handler team supporting the on-Farm Account Executives.
Your role will be to support the external (field based) Account Executives who service a book of business comprising mainly of Farming Clients. Your role will be pivotal in the servicing and retention of these clients, involving lots of direct client contact and open market broking support. Negotiating cover and premium with underwriters, you will work in a fast-paced environment where quality of work and efficiency is vital. What’s needed for me to be considered?
Ideally candidates will come from an agricultural insurance background, however good commercial account handling experience will be considered. As the role is a farming focused position you will have to be comfortable and interested in developing a good industry knowledge. You will have good negotiation, customer service and organisational skills.
