We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse & Distribution Administrator to join a market leading distribution company based in Rugby.

This varied role involves the ordering and importing of equipment and consumable products through to picking, packing, delivery and updating sales data. It also involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment and solving any issues relating to distribution that may arise.

40 hours a week Monday - Friday 10.00am - 18.00pm.

The main day-to-day activities of the role include (but are not limited to):
oPicking and packing orders
oPreparation of machines and stock to ensure they are ready to go out to the clinics
oHandling of all deliveries & incoming stock
oProduction of shipping documents - via a number of couriers eg DHL
oData entry using our customer relationship management software
oLiaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies
oThe efficient utilisation of space and mechanical handling equipment
oResponding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone
oMonthly stock check
oMaintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
oSourcing packing materials and maintaining stock levels
oPreparing Hydrafacial and Perk Marketing Kits
oDatabase updates/cleanup using our own Penguin database system
oSimple website administration
oPrepare materials/items needed for our events eg Red Carpet, FACE and Smart Ideas

Essential requirements:

*Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word & Excel
*Able to solve problems
*Polite telephone manner
*Excellent attention to detail
*Someone who takes pride in their work
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Analytically minded
