Lettings Administrator - Solihull - £18k **OFFICE BASED**
An exciting opportunity to join a really modern and forward thinking Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have built up an amazingly successful business nationally. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to work in this busy office with a really fun and friendly team who believe in providing excellent customer service. The role will involve coordinating new tenancies and ensuring all tenancy paperwork is correct. Liaising with tenants and landlords and supporting the rest of Lettings team, all whist maintaining excellent customer service delivery.
·Effectively handling calls from landlords, tenants and service provider
·Reference check potential tenants and arranging for Tenancy Agreements to be signed and renewed
·Managing and arranging maintenance issues, repairs, gas certificates etc.
·Liaising with all parties including service providers to arrange works needed
·Escalating any unsolved disputes directly to the Property Manager
·Ensuring all company policies and industry compliances are adhered to at all times
·Using a fully computerized system and database to record accurate details
·Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service.
·Strong Organisational Skills

·Customer service skills essential
·Current Property Management/Lettings Administration Experience
