Following a solid first 6 months to the year, Brothers Recruitment Ltd has seen substantial growth along with exceeding the company’s expectations which is primarily due to internal growth from existing clients along with being awarded several lucrative contracts.

In light of this we are continuing to invest in line with the company’s ambitious growth plans and are continuing to expand its team and office locations across the United Kingdom and are therefore looking to recruit, experienced Recruitment Consultants to service an array of sectors in our Midlands based Office’s.

With this in mind, we are currently looking to recruit for the following positions:

Recruitment Consultant - IT/Cyber Security
Recruitment Consultant - Health Care
Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance

The Role

As a recruitment consultant, you will enjoy the relationship-building element of the role along with business development and exploring new leads and opportunities.

We are looking for someone with excellent, creative candidate sourcing skills, with the tenacity to find the right fit for the clients. You must also have a good track record of building and maintaining client relationships as well as ensuring that you meet all our client’s expectations and fulfilment’s by delivering a service which is second to none, without compromising on quality.

You will be joining a company whereby we believe that the consultants should be empowered to develop their own style, along with having their own individual approach to grow their own reputation in the market place.

We encourage consultants to take full autonomy and responsibility for managing their own time and you will have no geographical limitations, nor will you be KPI driven or micromanaged.

The Ideal Candidate

You must be adaptable, determined, enthusiastic, persuasive, resilient and self-motivated.

Previous Recruitment experience is essential with a proven background in billing and revenue generation.

Must hold a driving license

Salary & Benefits

In addition to realistic career opportunities tailored to yourself, we offer a market leading remuneration package with a basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE along with a performance related commission structure which potentially could take your OTE to £50,000, as well as receiving other addition benefits.
