We are looking for a Technical Specialist - Vocice to be responsible for the day-to-day support and proactive maintenance of the Unified Communications / Legacy Telephony platforms.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of systems management procedures in a large commercial, mission-critical environment.
  • Capacity planning, performance tuning, proactive monitoring.
  • Change control, release procedures and tools.
  • ITIL based service management framework

  • Cisco UCS
  • CS1000
  • ACD
  • Symposium
  • Verint
  • Work Flow Management

Desirable Skills:

  • WebEx, Jabber –Unified Communications tooling
  • Cisco Networking
  • TCP/IP, routers, switches, multiplexers, modems, cabling
  • F5 Load Balancers
  • Checkpoint / Fortigate Firewalls
  • Cisco Tooling – APIC-EM, ISE, Prime
