An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Liaison Officer to join our National Contact Centre in Yardley, Birmingham, on a full time permanent basis. This is an important role which will place you at the heart of implementing our beliefs.

Essentially you will be handling client contact via inbound or outbound calls or texts to engage clients on our Programmes, record all relevant information accurately and book the client on their first intervention. You will ensure that all in-work clients have regular contact with Ingeus and provide support, advice, guidance and referral to help clients remain in sustainable employment.

A typical day will include:

Making outbound calls to clients to engage them onto Ingeus’ Programmes.

Recording all relevant information accurately and book the client on their first intervention.

Making outbound calls to clients in work to ensure they are supported and sustain in work.

Taking follow-up action including further calls, texts or writing a letter as determined by operational processes and contractual targets.

Making reminder calls to clients to promote their attendance to Ingeus’ Programmes.

About you:

You must have the following qualifications and experience:

A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office – in particular word, excel, outlook.

Be educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English.

Have extensive experience within a customer service environment or significant experience of working with people.

Work experience within a call centre environment.

Previous experience of working to targets.

Experience of working on a health related service.

Sales experience.
