A multi-outlet hotel located in Warwickshire is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef position
The role of Junior Sous Chef is now available at a four star hotel that has a number of different dining options including an award winning restaurant, popular conference and banqueting department and a busy afternoon tea trade. The Head Chef of the property is seeking a Junior Sous Chef with excellent all round cooking skills including the ability to work on the pastry section when required to do so. At the same time you will be expected to cover for the Sous Chef in their absence and assist with directing/ supervising the junior members of the brigade.
An experienced Junior Sous Chef who has excellent all round cooking skills including knowledge of the pastry section is needed to take on this role. It is essential that all chefs applying to the role have recently been working in busy hotels with at least one AA Rosette.
