ROLE DESCRIPTION

*ADDITIONAL £1,000 BONUS paid for successful completion of training and probationary period (6 months)*

It’s a really exciting time for our well established client. They are a very successful family run business and they are on the lookout for the right people to become part of their story.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Managers to join our clients experienced teams. Ideally you will have at least 12 - 18 months experience in the hospitality/catering sector in a management position, and are looking to take your next step in a rewarding environment, where work-life balance is just as important to them as the service they provide.

Full time hours (45 hours per week), worked over 5 days. They offer monthly and quarterly bonuses as well as staff discount at all sites and real progression opportunities and support along the way.

You must come from a fast-paced, customer facing, hospitality or catering background. If you have any previous experience with back of house/kitchen processes it would be beneficial but not essential as they have excellent training to get you up to speed!
