My client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their fast growing Finance Team.

Description

The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • All aspects of Purchase Ledger
  • Reconciling statements
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Managing employee expenses
  • Managing payments to be processed on a twice a month basis for Purchase Ledger accounts
  • Credit card processing and reconciliations
  • Processing BACS and cheque payments

  • Exposure in Accounts and Purchase Ledger
  • Confidently able to use Excel
